When Mens-Sana is asked what made him decide to become a Stuntman, his response is,"As a young child I was asked by my family what I would like to be when I'm an adult. My reply was a Stuntman." His family didn't appreciate that answer. The thing with parents they can sometimes unintentionally frustrate your dreams.  They're just looking out for what they think is best for their child. Accountant was next on the hierarchy list of jobs. In truth his heart wasn't ever committed to that. From that point on, he lived a life of job confusion.

At the time he did decide to become a Stuntman was when he felt something was absent from his life and wanted more for his family. He came to the realisation that he needed to be mentally and physically challenged. Already having Martial Arts as his background it still took him 5 years of training.  Since becoming a British Equity Stunt Performer, Mens-Sana has performed stunts for some of the best stunt co-ordinators and directors in the Film industry.

Mens-Sana has also doubled for some of the best actors, including Chiwetel Ejiofor, Ashley Walters, Noel Clarke, Daniel Kaluuya and much more.Mens-sana ensures that he keeps training his skills he has learnt over the years and new skills, so he can maintain a high level for that ultimate stunt acting performance every time he walks on set.
